Our professional services are conducted in accordance to the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act, 1981 and its Rules 1986 (as amended) and are guided by the Malaysian Valuation Standards, Malaysian Estate Agency Standards and Malaysian Property Management Standards as well as other guidelines which are enforceable at that time.

Our professional indemnity insurance for property consultancy and valuation services is RM5,000,000.00 and RM10,000,000.00 for property management.
